Where is the primer ? - primer annealing site

Where was the first witch is consistent with the DNA strand annealing and if we copied the DNA in the PCR (polymerase chain reaction)

The manual is an enzyme, a DNA fragment is small, typically 20-25 bp (base pairs) in length, which adds to the chain of parents.
This provides a starting point of the enzyme.

It coincides with the 3 'end of the DNA molecule, which provides a hydroxyl-3' nucleotide to add new ones.
